10. CANCELLATION POLICY
10. 1 Customer-Initiated Cancellation
Customers may request cancellation before the order enters a stage where cancellation is no longer operationally possible.
Cancellation availability may depend on:
- Product type;
- Manufacturing status;
- Dispatch status;
- Customisation;
- Payment status.
For customised or made-to-order jewellery, cancellation may be restricted once production has commenced.
If cancellation is accepted, the eligible refund will be processed according to the applicable refund procedure.
10. 2 Customer-Initiated Cancellation (Advised information)
Customers are therefore advised to carefully review the product details, order information and purchase decision before placing an order.
After the completion of 24 hours, the customer will not be permitted to cancel the order under any circumstances, subject to applicable law and statutory consumer rights. Once the 24-hour cancellation period has expired, the customer will be required to accept and receive the order upon delivery.
If, for any reason, the customer no longer requires the ordered product or wishes to cancel the order, the customer must request cancellation within 24 hours from the time the order is successfully placed.
11. EXCHANGE POLICY
Eligible jewellery may be exchanged at our physical store, subject to the applicable exchange period, product eligibility criteria, and the terms and conditions prescribed by ASHIQE JEWELLERS. Exchange facilities may not be available for purchases made through our online website or any other online sales channels or systems.
Exchange Period: Where applicable, the exchange must be requested within the specified exchange period communicated by ASHIQE JEWELLERS.
The product must be unused, undamaged, and in its original condition, and must be accompanied by the original purchase invoice and all applicable certificates, documents, tags, and packaging, where required.
The exchange value of the product may be determined based on the applicable product valuation, prevailing market rates, applicable deductions, and the terms and conditions of ASHIQE JEWELLERS in effect at the time of exchange.
Customised, personalised, engraved, or specially manufactured products may not be eligible for exchange, unless expressly approved by ASHIQE JEWELLERS at its sole discretion.
12. BUY-BACK POLICY
ASHIQE JEWELLERS may provide a buy-back facility for eligible jewellery products, subject to the applicable product category, product conditions, verification requirements, and the Company’s prevailing buy-back policy. The buy-back facility is available only at our physical store and is not available through our website or any other online platform or system.
The eligibility and buy-back value of a product may be determined based on the following factors:
Purity of the precious metal;
Net weight of the precious metal;
Applicable prevailing market rate at the time of buy-back;
Value and type of stones, if applicable;
Manufacturing characteristics and product specifications;
Physical testing and verification of the product;
Applicable deductions, charges, or adjustments;
Condition of the product at the time of buy-back; and
Availability of the original purchase invoice and applicable supporting documentation.
The buy-back value shall not necessarily be equal to the original purchase price of the jewellery. The amount payable under the buy-back facility may vary depending on the applicable valuation methodology, prevailing market conditions, deductions, and other terms prescribed by ASHIQE JEWELLERS.
All buy-back requests are subject to physical examination, purity testing, weight verification, documentation verification, and other applicable checks at our physical store. The final buy-back value, if any, shall be determined by ASHIQE JEWELLERS after completion of the applicable examination and verification process.
Detailed Buy-Back Formula: To be specified separately upon finalisation and confirmation of the Company’s applicable buy-back calculation methodology.

14. JEWELLERY PRODUCT POLICY
Jewellery is a manufactured product and may contain natural variations.
The final product may have minor differences from photographs because of:
- Lighting;
- Photography;
- Screen settings;
- Handmade finishing;
- Stone characteristics;
- Manufacturing processes.
The product invoice shall be treated as the principal commercial document for the purchase.
Where applicable, product-specific details such as metal purity, net weight, stone details, making charges and taxes will be provided in the invoice/product documentation.
15. HALLMARKING & HUID POLICY
ASHIQE JEWELLERS shall provide hallmarking information for products where applicable under the prevailing legal requirements.
BIS explains that HUID is a unique six-digit alphanumeric identification associated with an individual hallmarked gold article.
Accordingly:
- HUID should not be treated as a reusable product-level code for multiple different jewellery articles.
- Individual hallmarked articles may carry their own applicable identification.
- Pairs and detachable parts may have separate hallmarking requirements under applicable BIS provisions.
- Applicable hallmark and product details may be reflected in the invoice/documentation as required.
- Customers should retain their original invoice and relevant product documentation.
- Customers may independently verify HUID through the official BIS verification mechanism where applicable.
Nothing in this policy limits any statutory rights available to a consumer under applicable law.
16. PRICING, MAKING CHARGES & TAX POLICY
Jewellery pricing may include components such as:
Precious Metal Value + Making Charges + Stone/Other Charges + Applicable Taxes = Final Price
The exact components will depend on the product.
Where applicable, taxes will be charged according to prevailing law.
Metal prices may change due to market movements. Accordingly, the price displayed for a product may change before an order is completed.
17. CUSTOMISED & MADE-TO-ORDER JEWELLERY
Customised jewellery is manufactured or modified according to specific customer requirements.
